1. Purpose

SDigital99 is committed to providing a reasonable mechanism for users, clients and Data Principals to raise concerns relating to our website, services, communications or processing of personal data.

2. How to Submit a Grievance

A grievance may be submitted by email:

Please use the subject line:

“Grievance Redressal Request”

The complaint should preferably include:

  • Name

  • Contact details

  • Nature of the grievance

  • Relevant transaction, communication or service details

  • Supporting information, where applicable

  • Requested resolution

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

5. Investigation

We may review relevant records, communications, technical information and other reasonably necessary information to investigate the grievance.

6. Resolution

Where appropriate, SDigital99 may:

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Delete information where legally permitted

  • Stop certain communications

  • Explain how information is being processed

  • Correct a service-related issue

  • Provide clarification

  • Take other appropriate corrective action

The available remedy will depend on the nature of the grievance and applicable law.

7. DPDP-Related Grievances

Where a grievance concerns processing of personal data under the applicable DPDP framework, SDigital99 will handle the grievance in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and relevant rules, notifications and commencement provisions.

The DPDP framework provides for grievance redressal mechanisms and the Data Protection Board of India under the applicable statutory framework.

8. Escalation

If a grievance cannot be satisfactorily resolved through SDigital99’s internal grievance process, the individual may have rights to pursue remedies or escalation available under applicable law and the relevant regulatory framework.
