Specific services, deliverables, timelines and fees may be defined in a quotation, proposal, invoice, agreement or written communication.
All quotations are subject to the scope of work stated in the quotation or proposal.
Prices may change if:
The project scope changes
Additional features are requested
Additional revisions are required
Third-party services or licenses are required
Client requirements change after project commencement
Third-party charges, domain fees, hosting fees, paid plugins, software licenses, advertising budgets, stock assets and similar external costs may be charged separately unless expressly included.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, logos, credentials and other materials required for completing the project.
The client must ensure that content supplied to SDigital99 does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other third-party rights.
Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect project timelines.
Website development timelines depend on the scope of work and timely availability of content and approvals.
After completion, the client should review the website and report required corrections within the agreed review period.
Changes outside the approved scope may be treated as additional work and may attract additional charges.
Digital marketing, SEO, social media and advertising results depend on numerous external factors.
SDigital99 does not guarantee:
A specific Google ranking
A specific number of leads
A specific sales volume
A specific advertising return
Viral content
Guaranteed social media growth
Guaranteed search engine visibility
Third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube and others may change their algorithms, policies, features or advertising systems without notice.
Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google or Meta are separate from SDigital99’s professional service fees unless specifically stated otherwise.
SDigital99 is not responsible for platform outages, account restrictions, rejected advertisements, policy changes or algorithmic changes caused by third-party platforms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SDigital99 retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, proprietary processes, templates, systems, internal strategies and reusable resources.
Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights for specifically commissioned final deliverables may be transferred to the client according to the agreed scope.
Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
Payment terms will be specified in the quotation, proposal, invoice or agreement.
SDigital99 may suspend work where agreed payments are overdue.
Completed work, third-party expenses and committed resources may remain payable even if a client later decides not to continue the project.
Cancellation terms may depend on the project, stage of work and agreement between SDigital99 and the client.
Amounts already paid may not be refundable where work has already been completed, resources have been committed or third-party expenses have been incurred, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
SDigital99 will take reasonable steps to maintain confidentiality of confidential business information provided by clients.
This does not apply to information that:
Is publicly available
Was already lawfully known
Is independently developed
Must be disclosed by law or legal authority
SDigital99 may use third-party platforms and services to provide its services.
These platforms may have their own terms, privacy policies, technical limitations and service availability.
SDigital99 is not responsible for independent actions or failures of third-party platforms.
